Fertility Solutions:

Renschler of Madison Wisconsin has selected Integrated Electric as the electrical contractor for Fertility Solutions, a new fertility clinic being built in Dedham, Ma. The clinic will occupy an existing 9100 square foot block building in the Stergis Industrial Park. Only the shell of the existing structure will remain and will be transformed into a mixed use medical facility providing services in fertility medicine. At the front of the new facility will be administrative offices, educational library, waiting area, and an employee lounge. The rear of the building will house a blood lab, nurse’s stations, exam rooms, procedure room, and an IVF laboratory.

A new three phase, 800 amp, underground electric service will provide power to the building. An 80 KW, diesel generator along with a 30 KW UPS will provide backup for both specimen integrity and data storage. The lighting package and controls will combine the latest in energy efficiency technology. An extensive HVAC system consisting of (5) rooftop units and an air filtration system are needed to insure a clean, temperature controlled environment. A fully addressable fire alarm system will be installed to insure public safety.
