Travelers Concierge Claims building:
Integrated Electric has recently completed the Travelers Concierge Claims building in Dedham Massachusetts. At approximately 13,700 square feet, this facility is state of the art. It houses both a 9400 square foot indoor parking garage, over 4300 square feet of offices and reception areas. A 600 amp electric service provides power to an array of equipment including three roof top units, vehicle lift, compressor, air exchangers, and computer work stations. Technical amenities include a fully addressable fire alarm system, card readers, telephone/data wiring, and a programmable lighting control panel. The lighting control panel ensures that exterior lighting, signage, and parking lot lights are cycled to maximize energy efficiency. A roof water retention system pumps reclaimed rain water to the sprinkler system. The lighting is a mix of contemporary florescent and track lighting in the reception area along with energy saving florescent fixtures for general lighting in the garage and offices. Integrated Electric completed this project in just three short months on time and on budget with no punch list.

Dancing Deer Bakery:
This
Boston based bakery has relocated from Dorchester
to Hyde Park. Dancing Deer
occupies 45,000 square feet of commercial space, including 7500
square feet of offices in an existing mill style building.
Integrated Electric was hired to design and install the
electrical distribution system around Dancing Deer’s power
requirements. With over 3,000 square feet of refrigeration, ten
ovens, several industrial mixers, and a multitude of conveyors,
this was no small task. The dishwasher alone required a 200 amp,
three phase feeder at 230V.
Integrated Electric installed six new panel boards off of the building's existing
6000 amp, 480 volt, three phase service. Several existing
distribution panels were relocated when the building's
demising walls were torn down to accommodate Dancing Deer.
Four
new transformers from 150K to 75K were employed to step down
from 480V to 230V for panels and equipment. Integrated Electric
was the natural choice for this challenging design/build
project.

RI Rock Gym:
This tenant fit-up totaling 7400 square feet of space including
1290 square feet of retail and office space will house a new
location for RI Rock Gym. New high output, energy efficient
lighting will be installed throughout the space, qualifying for
over $3200.00 in power company rebates. Emergency and egress
lighting will be added along with roof top HVAC units.

2000 AMP Electric Service:
This three phase, 2000 amp electric service was designed to
allow for future demand in each metered tenant space. Although
presently fused at 100 amps, each meter position is capable of
providing 200 amps of power to each tenant. Over sized conduits
were run to each unit to facilitate larger conductors. Planning
for future expansion placed few limits on potential buyers of
these units weather they be used for storage or industry. The
developer opted to use Square-D equipment and copper conductors
to insure continued reliability.

30,000 sq. ft. Warehouse Building:
When the developer contracted Integrated Electric for this
building, there were no electrical plans. Integrated Electric
provided design/build services for the entire building. The
building consists of 20 units, each with a total 1500 square
feet, including a rest room, and office space. Integrated
Electric completed the entire project ahead of schedule, in
three short months with a crew of five men.

12,000 sq. ft. Body shop at Attleboro Collision Center:
When the owner of Attleboro Collision wanted to expand
to a larger building, he called on Integrated Electric to assist
in designing the electrical system. This state-of-the-art
facility was custom built from the ground up with no electrical
drawings. The electrical system was designed around an 800 AMP,
three-phase service. The building houses two spray booths,
multiple frame machines, two compressors, a paint mixing room,
and 3,200 square feet of office space over two floors.
Integrated Electric installed high output, energy efficient
lighting throughout the building, qualifying the owner for
rebates from the power company. The owner requested the use of
copper wiring and Square-D distribution equipment.

New
England
Pottery Conveyor System:
New England Pottery needed to install a conveyor system
to efficiently move products through their massive 490,000
square foot warehouse. Initially, a 300 foot conveyor was
installed with another being delivered this year. A large
shrink-wrap oven was installed along with the first conveyor.
Each conveyor operates at 480 volts, draws close to 40 AMPS and
employs the use of several controls and switches. New
England Pottery continues to rely on Integrated Electric to
service their two facilities in Massachusetts.

Industrial Service and Engineering:
Don’t let the size of this 7,000 square-foot building fool you.
Industrial Services and Engineering’s new headquarters
contains a modern forensic laboratory. After providing ISE with
expert electrical investigation services for years, Integrated
Electric was chosen to wire their new facility. Working closely
with the owner and employees, Integrated Electric designed an
electrical system that allows ISE to test a multitude of
equipment from appliances to electrical panels for the insurance
industry. A three phase service was installed to allow for motor
and industrial equipment testing.
